Content is fetched from Instagram's publicly accessible CDN and API endpoints. When your browser
loads images proxied through OpenProfiles, those requests pass through our server — your browser
does not make direct requests to Instagram's servers, preserving your anonymity.
3.5 Data Retention
We do not maintain a persistent database of user searches. Profile data fetched from Instagram
is cached server-side for up to 5 minutes solely to reduce redundant requests and improve
performance, after which it is purged automatically.
3.6 Children's Privacy
OpenProfiles is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any
information from children. If you believe a child has used the service, no personal data
would have been collected given our data-minimisation approach.

4.2 Content Ownership
OpenProfiles does not host, store, or own any Instagram content. We display content that is
already publicly accessible on Instagram. The copyright in any content displayed belongs
